This boot camp is a stand-alone coaching program and does not need to be combined with any other course to be helpful and life-changing. After the sugar-free challenge, you have 3 options:
(1) Keep on doing what you are doing DIY style - our program has tons of resources to help you do that!
(2) Sign up for more coaching programs or work with Florence privately.
(3) Reintroduce foods that you ate before and moderate them as little or as much as you want.
We will coach you to the Gold Standard, but you get to decide what you are ready to let go of and how quickly. You are ALWAYS in the driver's seat. We believe in the benefits of harm reduction and will support and celebrate all progress you make towards eating less sugar and more whole foods.
