With the group coaching program, you get 1 private coaching call, the rest are weekly group coaching calls at the same time each week. You must wait for the program to start. They are offered twice a year. The only 12 Week Fundamentals group coaching program offered in 2024 will commence in March 2024.
With the private coaching package, you can start the program anytime. There is a dedicated focus on you and your journey. The coaching calls are booked around your schedule. You will send your food to your coach every day. You will have access to the peer support drop-in calls that take place 3 times per week. In other words, the private coaching package includes one-on-one support and peer support.
The Private Coaching Package is ideal for those who need/want/prefer dedicated attention or are ready to get going before a group coaching program is available.
It teaches a Rational Recovery approach to addiction recovery which is in my experience the most powerful way to put addiction into remission. It is abstinence-based, trauma-informed and specifically designed to help restore our metabolic and mental health. It is comprehensive, holistic and gentle.
Peace with food, elimination of cravings, sane and happy eating, understanding the role that trauma plays in our recovery journey, working with our negative thoughts, and a strong sense of being seen and supported within a peer support community are distinguishing features of this program.
